The revised CPC08 Construction, Plumbing and Services Integrated Framework Training Package was endorsed by the National Quality Council on 25 September 2008.  The Training Package incorporates revised qualifications from the superseded BCG03 General Construction, the BCF00 Off-Site Construction and the BCP03 Plumbing & Services Training Packages.

A primary aim of the review was to better align the three Training Packages and encompass them within a broad  'Integrated Framework’ that would avoid duplication of skills and allow for more flexibility in qualifications.
