Survival for Cash Handlers

Aim

The aim of this course is to create a heightened awareness for personnel engaged in cash handling and movement processes.

Description

The course is designed for all categories of staff within an organisation that has an active involvement in the handling and movement of cash or valuable assets. It covers the actions required to identify and prevent the development of cash handling related emergency situations, or to minimise their consequences, and the reporting requirements if emergency protocols or systems are compromised.

Pre-Requisites

There are no formal pre-requisites for this course, however proficient communication and understanding of the organisation’s cash and assets handling procedures is benificial.

Assessment

Assessments are conducted via role-playing activities, and verbal and written challenging to determine acceptable levels of comprehension of underpinning knowledge and skills.
