Cadia Valley Emergency Response recently conducted the Risk Response + Rescue Fire HAZMAT course for full time Emergency Response Officers  (ERO’s) and members of the site’s Emergency Response Team (ERT). The program covered competency to drive operational vehicles, operate pumps and control of fire and HAZMAT incidents with appropriate PPE.

 

The learning and assessment was conducted over an extended period of time and included high risk integration assessment of core competencies and performance criteria.
