Exercise Mirco-lab Nov 2008
Members of Sydney Water Corporations' Monitoring Services team took a day away from the lab to get wet and wild with the bugs they normally study under the microscope during a canyoning adventure guided by RR+R.
The team practiced and refined their abseiling skills before entering the Empress Canyon, also known as ‘Valley of the Waters’. Located in the pristine Blue Mountains at Wentworth Falls, they donned their wetsuits then enjoyed the scenery, plunge pools and waterfall abseil.
The day provided and an opportunity for a social gathering with plenty of time to share life’s experiences, assist and support one another, and exercise the cardiovascular system, but most of all… have fun and enjoy the outdoors!
