Snap-shot

Phil is a Personal Development Consultant with a particular focus on Leadership & Human Performance in Emergency Service operations. He has 21 years experience in emergency service operations and was a co-author of the South Australian Country Fire Service (CFA) Leadership Program in 2000. Beyond emergency operations, Phil uses a combination of Close-to-Reality Scenarios and subtle coaching-feedback techniques to engender change from participants in leadership programs in very short timeframes. He has also developed & runs Human Performance programs that draw heavily on research into the underlying driving forces of human experience, decision making & problem solving.

Accreditation

During his long serving and current career in emergency management and rescue Phil has gained a spectrum of qualifications including  air attack supervisor (fire bombing), air observer,  fire fighting, breathing apparatus, HAZMAT, road accident rescue and advanced life support.

Specificly in relation to leadership and team development Phil's qualifications include  Individual Personal Development – Coach Graduate Coach Australia/New Zealand, Neurolinguistics, Accredited Practitioner (AP) Human Synergistics, and an Associate Macquaire Institute (Sydney, Australia) – HeartMath Tools.
