Paul has extensive and credible experience gained from frontline exposure in high risk environments combined with a career of hands on experiences in many ‘lives at risk’ situations.

With over 29 years experience as an active rescue operator across multiple disciplines Paul holds internationally recognised levels of accreditation. He is an instructor and examiner for the Australian Ski Patrol Association in ‘on-hill’ and advanced emergency care and a highly respected surface and underground mine rescue operator. Paul continues to maintain and apply his competency and employment as a first responder in these fields.

His diverse and evolving career has enabled him to attain assessor level qualifications for safe work and rescue in fields of underground and surface mining, operational leadership, advanced life support, remote area tramua, alpine, industrial, remote wilderness, confined space rescue, marine, and community rescue. He has trained and accredited rescue teams from all these disciplines.

Paul has substantial experience in the development and implementation of safe work and emergency response systems for countless organisations. Under the auspices of the company, Paul currently engages general industry and government based organisations in emergency, rescue, risk management strategies and procedures. He has also contributed to the development of safe systems of work that have been credited with preventing workplace deaths and injuries in a number of high risk occupations.

Paul passionately imparts his knowledge and skills to others and constantly seeks new protocols, methods and equipment for risk, response and rescue related disciplines.

Accreditation

High level 'train the trainer' qualifications in OH&S, risk management, mining, engineering, life support, rescue, alpine, leadership, aquatic, surf and roughwater rescue, and outdoor disciplines.
