With over 30 years experience in Human Resources management, Mark has worked directly in the underground and open cut mining in the coal and metaliferous sectors both in Australia and in South America through his corporate roles based in Melbourne the USA. He has had extensive experience in the global management of Human Resources in further countries such as North America and South Africa.

Mark focuses on ensuring that HR policies, systems, processes and practices meet the needs of the business and by so doing, support the operation of the business and improve the bottom line results.
