Margot has a long career combining leading and organsing outdoor programs in the Australian wilderness and overseas, with her extensive experience in remote area trauma, advanced emergency care, safety audits and expertise in training. She has successfully run a small business as office and operations manager and has over 10 years experience as a Corporate Training Consultant & Project Manager.

Her commitment is to continue to hone her skills as both as a trainer and a learner.
