Kylie has been actively involved in the outdoor recreation industry for the past 20 years in Australia, Japan and French Polynesia. She has extensive backcountry guiding experience and has conducted bushwalking, kayaking and surfing expeditions for a range of user groups. Throughout her career she has developed a high level of skill in remote area trauma management, advanced emergency care, and the treating and transporting of casualties.

Kylie continues to work as a Professional Ski Patroller and Japanese interpreter during the Northern Winter in Japan.
