These roles have included supervisor and management positions were duties included the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operations of organisations, ensuring high level customer service requirements and internal auditing of organisational systems.

Joanne has worked in the VET industry for over 6 years with a strong emphasis on VET Compliance and Risk Management as well as VET administration.
