Wayne has an extensive history in high-risk asset management and protection, specialising in emergency response and advanced life support.

Wayne has comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of paramedical science (bachelor of health science degree). and is currently working as an Advanced Life Support Paramedic. Wayne started his ambulance career as a volunteer ambulance officer in Tasmania.

He has worked for some of Australia’s leading mining companies where his on-going responsibilities include emergency response team capability, security supervision, skills maintenance and training of ERT’s in all emergency response disciplines, this includes life support, fire, mine rescue, and vehicle rescue. He also has varied experience as an underground miner in the areas of ground support, drill rig operation (simba), hand held mining (airleg).

Wayne has taught first aid for the past 12 years for some of Australia’s leading first aid providers.
