During his 12 years as a Firefighter, Chad progresed to the rank of Station Officer. Chad also specialises in the following areas:

- Emergency Incident Management. Including fire, rescue, hazardous materials and aerial operations

- Emergency and Non Emergancy Risk Management. As a workplace trainer, Chad has trained local, national and international companies in all areas of OH & S. Inparticular, managing, consultation, legislation and investigation of OH & S and risk management, during bothe emergency and non emergency situations.
