Policy
RR+R considers continuous improvement as a key factor in the delivery of high quality training and support services, and the effective management of the Company in a constantly changing environment. The Managing Director will ensure that all RR+R staff are committed to continuous improvement and will encourage them to identify opportunities for improvement and to participate in realising those opportunities.
Opportunities for improvement identified in the Company’s Organisational Self-Assessment program, and in the day-to-day running of the business, will be incorporated in an ongoing Improvement Plan, which shall be regularly reviewed by the Managing Director and the Training
and Office Manager.
