Compliance with Legislation & Regulatory Requirements & Amendments

RR+R will comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements and amendments that relate to its training activities and corporate governance. The Acts and Regulations that may apply to RR+R are listed in the attached Appendix.


The Training and Office Manager shall regularly access the State and Commonwealth legal websites:

to identify changes in the Acts and Regulations that might affect RR+R, particularly those in the areas of:

 

  • Occupational health and safety
  • Workplace harassment, victimization and bullying
  • Anti-discrimination, equal opportunity and racial vilification
  • The VET Act


The Training and Office Manager shall advise staff and contracted trainers, in writing, of any changes that may affect the conduct of their duties.


The Training and Office Manager shall also ensure that any changes that may affect the involvement of clients and participants in the Company’s training or consulting activities will be incorporated in any relevant advertising, promotional or informative materials directed to them.


As a RTO we will meet or exceed the compliance audit requirements as determined by the Standards for RTO’s under the AQTF. RR+R is aware of the Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Act 1990 and the requirements that VETAB (in NSW) acts under.
