Policy

Instructors

No instructor or other person shall use any course offered by the RR+R for commercial gain except for the agreed fee to conduct the course. This means that no person shall sell or attempt to sell goods or services to participants unless such goods/services have been specifically identified as a legitimate course cost and the promotional material advertising the course has clearly stated that such a cost will be incurred.

This policy does not prevent instructors from offering goods or services outside the course to participants so long as the participants have approached the instructor and have done so freely and without enticement or encouragement from the instructor or their agent.

The Organisation

No member of the RR+R technical and administrative staff shall use the name of the company for commercial gain unless expressly granted permission to do so.

The normal performance of duties and responsibilities associated with the company of staff are excluded from this clause.
