Participants and staff support is detailed in the following sections.
Participant/client support
- Trained administration staff to answer enquiries on courses, EEO, access and equity issues
- Provision of accurate, current course information
- Educational counselling and advice within the staffs’ area of expertise
- Referrals to other providers when appropriate
- Trainers trained in adult education principles
- Literacy and numeracy support by referral
- Negotiations with employers for on-the-job training components of courses
- Telephone evaluations for feedback and support

Trainers support
Trainers are supported in RR+R by:

Procedure
In the first instance trainers and assessors should be aware of the services available by referring to their handbook and the Code of Practice, RR+R is limited in the scope of the welfare it can offer except in the provision of catering requirements when appropriate.
Apart from subject expertise other guidance is by referral. The Director should be contacted to determine appropriate referrals.
