Policy


RR+R seek to employ the best person for the job, and employ all staff and contract trainers on merit.


Staff and contract trainers will be recruited through advertising, by invitation, or by the use of recruitment agencies. They will be required to provide references or other evidence of their past work history.


All applications will be treated as confidential. All will be considered, and each applicant will be promptly notified as to whether their application has been unsuccessful or they will be interviewed for the position.


All contract trainers must possess Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, the necessary current work experience and other qualifications required by the Training Package or accredited course, and any other qualifications required by the relevant State accrediting body.


All applicants will be provided with a Job Description for the position, and details of the conditions and remuneration, at the job interview. These arrangements will be confirmed, in writing, to the successful applicant, and they will be required to accept them in writing, prior to them commencing duty.
