Policy

Course, service and product fees are refunded in full to affected participants/reciprients if:

• A course is already full.
• RR+R cancels a course, service or product for whatever reason.
• RR+R has determined that a course, service or product has not met the usual quality standards.
• The course, service or product does not substantially meet the course, service or product outline, course outcomes stated in the course information, or the negotiated content agreed upon by the participants/reciprient.

Courses, services and products are offered through negotiation and may be subject to contract, and if so, will operate under the conditions of the contract.

RR+R will not normally consider refunds when the request is a result of changes in the participants/reciprients personal circumstances. However, RR+R may consider sympathetically applications for transfer or credit in cases of serious illness or misadventure provided applications are supported by evidence (such as a medical certificate).
