Fees & Charges


Policy


Course fees and any additional charges will be clearly stated in advertising and client proposals.


No additional fees and charges will be made unless by mutual consent.


Clients will be informed of refund and cancellation conditions at the time of registration.


Great bulk of course fees are paid by firms or organisations that organise in-house courses for their employees. For other cases the Company’s refund policy provides for full repayment if course is cancelled or participants or clients are dissatisfied.


Any fees paid up front for accredited courses are protected through delayed banking of funds until course commencement. In the case of direct deposits the funds are transferred into the RR+R nonworking account.
