RR+R directors, ensuring that current versions are provided, will perform any documentation requiring dissemination.

Dissemination will be determined by type, priority, format and action. For staff this can be by telephone, face to face, e-mail, newsletter or other means. For participants in addition to the above, this can also include information sheets, the trainer or by letter – whichever is appropriate.
