"7 years ago in late 2006 I participated in your Operational Leadership course and also the RR+R Mine Rescue Rookie program. The programs prepared me to step-up to the challenges of life, emergency response & business. Situations that previously I would have deliberately avoided I began taking in my stride. I reflect frequently on the learnings and experiences from this training during my day to day interactions and tasks. The depth of experience during the programs has had a sustained effect over the years.

The culmination of my development as a result of this training has allowed me to participate in a task that not many people would ever volunteer for - public speaking. Bemax/Cristal Mining’s rehabilitation works were selected for a NSW Minerals Council award for excellence, which meant we had to give a presentation at the NSW Minerals Conference in front of 250 people. In preparation for the talk I went back to the training from the Operational Leadership course once again to prepare myself mentally for the task. I spoke far better than I ever could have imagined, and Bemax/Cristal took home a trophy for Highly Commended."

"To the RR+R team, Thank you for the very professional way that you managed our Marine First Aid course. Your courtesy, and prompt response gave me the confidence that we were working with professionals. The trainers were of exceptional expertise in their profession. The course successfully fulfills the Marine aspect of what may be encountered by our Marine Rescuers on our recreational and ocean waters. It really was a great course, and I believe we now have another twelve good First Aiders out there in the public arena."

"RR+R. I just thought I would inform you of the feedback I received from our guys who attended the Working at Height course run at our facility in Vineyard. Comments like… “it was really an eye opener”, “that guy knew his stuff”, “I’ve been in the industry 25 years and I never imagined it was that simple to ensure our safety” were just a few. As Safety Manager this is music to my ears. In my experience, some training providers just go through the motion, but the trainer in this instance (Philippe Lahore) had passion and commitment to his class. Thanks again, and Kind Regards"

"RR+R has a good man in Wyn Jenkins. He did a fantastic job on Saturday with the Fire Fighting Assessment. It was a big class and with his knowledge we all had a good time. Please thank him again from all of us at Lake Macquarie RVCP. "
